Cromer Lifeboats: An illustrated history of 220 years of life-saving

Cromer lifeboat station is one of the most famous of any on the RNLI’s network around the United Kingdom and Ireland.

A lifeboat has operated from the town since the early years of the nineteenth century, and during the course of more than two centuries Cromer’s volunteer lifeboat crews have carried out numerous outstanding and courageous rescues.
